These Terms of Service apply to every order placed on purifierhaven.com and to your use of this website. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms, to our Shipping policy, our Return and refund policy and our Privacy policy.

Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Global Nexus Ventures LLC, trading as Purifier Haven. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Purifier Haven. You can reach us at sales@purifierhaven.com.

Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is free, so the price shown at checkout is the full price you pay, plus any sales tax we are required to collect. We work hard to keep product details, prices and availability accurate, but errors happen. If a pricing or description error is found after you order, we contact you before we charge or ship anything, and you may cancel for a full refund. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We accept your order when we process it and confirm supply with the manufacturer, and that is when the sale is made. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, for example where the item cannot be supplied, the payment cannot be verified, or the order appears to be placed for resale. If we decline an order you are charged nothing.

Payment

Payment is handled by our payment provider. When you place an order your card is authorized for the order total, which places a hold on the funds but does not take them. We charge the card when we accept and process your order. If we do not accept the order, the authorization is released by your bank and no money is taken. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that the billing details you give are accurate. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping policy. Orders ship direct from the manufacturer's own warehouse in the United States or Canada. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order to your address. Damage in transit must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so that a claim can be made with the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Warranties

Every product we sell is new and carries the warranty provided by its manufacturer for the period stated on its product page. That warranty is the manufacturer's, not ours, and we will help you with any claim. Except as stated in our policies and in the manufacturer's warranty, products are provided as described on their product page, and we make no additional warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or of a product bought from it, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limits, so in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law permits.

Accounts

You can order as a guest or create a customer account. Accounts sign in with a 6 digit code sent to your email address, so there is no password to set or lose. Keep access to that email address secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in to your account.

Use of the website

The content on this site, including text, images and product descriptions, belongs to us or to the manufacturers whose products we sell, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms, and any order placed under them, are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
