Steel, not plastic. The G600's all metal housing ensures no plastic vapors are emitted, and felt gaskets, not rubber, seal the filter chamber. Ozone emissions: none.
18 lb of German activated carbon in a 2 inch bed. The carbon itself has no odor, which makes it ideal for more sensitive individuals. That describes the carbon, not a result in your home.
The carbon is for vapors from glues, carpets and vinyl, and ammonia from cleaning products. Perfume and laundry detergent smells are chemicals in the air as well, so it can help reduce them. It cannot take out every chemical.
Airpura sizes the G600 for rooms up to 2,000 sq ft at 2 air changes an hour, with 8 ft ceilings. It is 23 in high, 15 in wide and rolls on casters. Sound is 35 dB on low and 62 dB on high at 6 feet.
After the carbon sits a True HEPA filter, rated by Airpura at 99.97 percent of particles at 0.3 microns. Change the carbon every 2 years, the HEPA every 3 years (range 3 to 5 years), the pre-filter every 12 months. Power runs about $0.27 a day on medium (Airpura).

Ships by FedEx from Airpura's warehouse in New York. Airpura ships most orders in 1 to 3 business days, then FedEx delivers in 3 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive in 4 to 8 business days.

- We email you the tracking number as soon as the maker sends it to us.
- Arrived damaged? Accept the delivery, note the damage on the carrier's receipt, and email us within 48 hours with photos. We arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Start your return within 30 days of delivery. The unit must be in the same condition you got it: clean, undamaged, with the box, foam pieces and manuals. It goes back to Airpura's warehouse at 156 Lawrence Paquette Industrial Dr, Champlain, NY 12919, and you pay the return shipping. A 25 percent restocking fee comes off the refund. A unit used to filter heavy chemical fumes, or during a renovation, is inspected when it arrives, and the restocking fee depends on the damage found. Refunds go back to the original payment method, the same card or account you paid with.

- Our standard window is 30 days from delivery, unused and in like new condition, in the original packaging with everything included. A shorter or stricter brand rule above wins.
- Email sales@purifierhaven.com for a Return Authorization number first. Returns without one are refused.
- Change of mind returns: 25 percent restocking fee, you pay return shipping.
- Wrong, damaged or defective item: we pay all shipping both ways and no restocking fee applies.
