Yes. This is a reverse function air purifier designed for light commercial or manufacturing applications. The flex hose can sit at one work spot for source capture, or be attached to an exhaust port. It works on the fume the hose can reach, so where you place the hose matters most.
Behind the hose sits 17 to 18 lb of activated carbon in a 3 inch deep bed, which captures a wide range of chemicals, gases and odors. You choose the Exec or the Vocarb carbon when you order. No carbon filter takes out every chemical, and a strong source will still reach the room if the hose is far from it.
A pre-filter catches larger particles first, and a Super HEPA filter handles fine particles. AllerAir rates the Super HEPA media at 99.99 percent of particles at 0.1 microns, a test figure for the filter, not a result in your room.
20.5 in high and 15 in across, 43 lb, on four 2 in wheels. The housing is metal with powder coated paint, not plastic. It moves 400 cubic feet of air a minute on a variable dial, and AllerAir rates it 39 to 62 dB. Black only, 8 ft cord.
Replace the filters when you notice dust build up or odor. Every user and application is different when it comes to filter changes. The pre-filter comes out from the bottom with no tools. Warranty: the AllerAir residential Pro 5 series carries 5 years on labor and 10 years on parts (switch and motor). That warranty does not name the W units or business use, so confirm cover with us before you order.

Return within 30 days with a 25 percent restocking fee. The return must be shipped insured for full value to AllerAir in St-Laurent, Quebec, Canada.
- 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. The unit must be like new, in its original packaging, with everything included.
- Email sales@purifierhaven.com for a Return Authorization number first. Returns without one are refused.
- Change of mind returns: 25 percent restocking fee, you pay return shipping.
- Wrong, damaged or defective item: we pay all shipping both ways and no restocking fee applies.
- Refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
