AllerAir Replacement Filters
AllerAir canisters, HEPAs and pre-filters by model and part number.
AllerAir canisters, HEPAs and pre-filters by model and part number.
Which AllerAir do you own? Start with the model name on the unit.
This is the longest parts list on the site, because AllerAir machines are modular. Carbon canister, HEPA or Super HEPA, pre-filters, gaskets, wraps, UV lamps, hoses and cones all order separately. Every title carries the part number and fits list.
How to order the right one
- Model first, then the part. A Pro 5 and a Pro 6 take different canisters, and an HD or Ultra takes a deeper one again. AllerAir Super HEPA Filter, Fits Pro 5 and Plus Series (A5FSH945) will not fit an HD cabinet.
- Pre-filters are the part you buy most. AllerAir own schedule is every 3 months, against carbon and HEPA every 2 to 3 years. AllerAir Pro 5 Pre-Filters, 24 Pack (A5FMP009-24) is sized for that.
- The blend is part of the part number. Vocarb, Exec, MCS, VOG and Smoke canisters all fit the same cabinet and are different orders. AllerAir Vocarb Carbon Filter, Fits Pro 6 Plus Series (3-A6FCW230) is one of them.
Not for: the machines, which are on the AllerAir Air Purifiers shelf. Accessories live here though: gaskets, carbon wraps, UV lamps, flex hoses and cones for the W source capture models.

How to choose in four steps
-
1. Room size
Measure the room, then match the sq ft
Length times width. Match that to the sq ft in the product name. Go one size up for open plan rooms or high ceilings.
Under 400 sq ft: bedroom or office. 400 to 999: living room. 1000 plus: a whole floor.
-
2. The concern
Match the filter to the problem
Allergies, dust and pet dander call for HEPA. Smoke, cooking and chemical smells call for a real bed of activated carbon. For mold and mildew, look at the HEPA air scrubbers, some add UV on top.
Use the What it is for filter to narrow the list.
-
3. Noise
Bedrooms want under 25 dB on low
The lowest speed is the one that runs all night. The quietest unit here starts at 16.5 dB on its lowest speed. Air scrubbers built for job sites run over 60 dB on high and belong in a basement or garage.
The Noise filter uses the lowest speed figure the maker publishes, or its only published figure where that is all it gives.
-
4. Running cost
Check the filter price and how often it changes
A cheaper unit with a filter every 6 months can cost more over 3 years than a pricier one changed once a year.
Where the maker publishes them, the product page shows the filter price and change interval.
