This model is built with a powder coated carbon canister and unit body, unbleached organic cotton pre-filters, no rubber gaskets, and a Super HEPA filter made with no glues or binders. It has no UV lamp. We make no ozone statement for this model.
22 to 24 lb of activated carbon in a 3.5 inch bed. The carbon test kit is a required purchase with all MCS models. The kit holds six carbon blends to try at home, and you can add it to your order on this page.
The carbon bed is the part that works on smells like these. It can help reduce them. No carbon filter removes every chemical.
20.5 in high and 15 in across, on four 2 inch wheels, with an 8 ft cord. The fan is variable, 39 to 62 dB. The Pro 5 line is rated by AllerAir for rooms up to 1,500 sq ft.
Replace the filters when you notice dust build up or odor, as AllerAir advises.

Return within 30 days with a 25 percent restocking fee. The return must be shipped insured for full value to AllerAir in St-Laurent, Quebec, Canada.
