Read the model code on the badge on the front of your Airpura. It has to read T400 or T400 DLX.
Airpura T400 and T400 DLX. Every other 400 model takes the 400 Series Pre-Filter instead.
This is the Airpura Tar Barrier (6pack) for the T400 and T400 DLX. There is no UPC to match for this one, so match it by model name.
- A 6 pack of Tar Barrier pre-filters
- Pre-filter only; the carbon and HEPA Barrier are separate parts
Change it every 6 months, or anywhere from 6 to 12 months depending on how much smoke there is. You can vacuum it between changes.
It is the outer layer the air meets first. The Tar Barrier traps the tars in tobacco smoke.
