Read the model code on the badge on the front of your Airpura. It has to read T400 DLX.
Airpura T400 DLX. The plain T400 takes a different carbon, so it has its own bundle.
This is the Airpura T400DLX bundle: Tar Barrier + Carbon Filter + HEPA Barrier filter cloth and frame. There is no UPC to match for this one, so match it by model name.
- The T400 DLX carbon canister, 12 lb of potassium iodide and coconut shell blend
- The HEPA Barrier filter cloth and frame
- The Tar Barrier pre-filter
Change the carbon every 2 years, the HEPA Barrier every 12 months and the Tar Barrier every 6 months (range 6 to 12 months, depending on how much smoke there is).
The Tar Barrier traps smoke tars, the carbon soaks up the chemicals in heavy tobacco smoke, and the HEPA Barrier catches fine particles. The bundle price is $89.96 less than the three parts bought one by one.
