Read the model code on the badge on the front of your Airpura. It has to read R400.
Airpura R400. The R414 takes a Super HEPA rather than the H13 in this set. Every other 400 model takes its own carbon.
Airpura UPC 627746004859. This part goes by its UPC rather than a short part code, so match this number if you have the old box.
- The R400 carbon canister, 8 lb of coconut shell carbon
- The 400 H13 HEPA filter
- A 2 pack of 400 series pre-filters
Change the carbon every 2 years, the HEPA every 3 years and the pre-filter every 12 months.
The carbon soaks up household chemicals and odors, the HEPA catches fine dust and pollen, and the pre-filter is the outer layer in front of both.
